Bobbie Jo Kite

Professional Biography

Dr​. Kite is the Academic Director and Associate Professor in the Healthcare Management program at University College, University of Denver (DU).

In addition to working at DU, she is jointly appointed in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and The Ohio State University Health Plan. Prior to joining the department as a faculty member, Dr. Kite served as a CTRIP Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Informatics. She has been with the university since January 2014. Her research focused on the integration of disparate sources of data with clinical measurement guidelines (CMGs) and operation evidence in data fusion platforms to generate knowledge towards improving the health and healthcare delivery while improving business outcomes.

Prior to joining Ohio State, she received her doctoral degree in public health from the University of Texas at Houston and a Master of Health Sciences in emergency and disaster management from Touro University in California.
