The Transportation & Supply Chain Institute is in the middle of the application process for our next cohort that will start in the fall of this year. It is an exciting time for us because we get a preview of some of the students coming to our program.

Recently, our two existing cohorts shared some time together at a Colorado Rockies vs. Chicago Cubs game sponsored by one of our board sponsors OmniTrax.

The TSC Institute moves some of the best and brightest through our programs. We have a world-class curriculum taught by a world-class team of logistics practitioners. It is a challenging program that is delivered to our executive students, who are some of the busiest people on the planet right now. It is no small feat for them or us.

While sitting with the cohorts at the baseball game, I pondered the other aspect of this program: the spirit of collaboration among logistics professionals. Our students come from different parts of the industry, intermodal, rail, truck, parcel, third-party, and support industries. Some are service providers, and some are shippers. It is an amazing group.

Whenever I have the good fortune to be with our students, alumni, and board members, it is impossible not to feel optimistic about our industry and, by extension, our world. Even though our world is in chaos at present, knowing a new generation of logistics leaders as bright and full of energy as these students are, I can promise you the future is secure.

If you are a leader, consider the value proposition of building a future for your high-potential managers and nominate them to the program. If you are a future leader yourself, consider the value of applying to our program. An enabled world is built from a position of knowledge.
